With her extensive experience and proven track record, Lisa is set to lead the charge in advancing the growth of the UK’s premier automotive aftermarket publication, as well as IBIS Worldwide, which stands out as the only global conference provider focused on the collision repair market.
Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge to this role, having enjoyed a dynamic and successful career in marketing. She spent eight years at BASF, where she spearheaded numerous campaigns aimed at enhancing the visibility of the RM and Glasurit brands. Her time at BASF also saw her take on responsibilities in event management, brand advertising, and engaging with industry stakeholders. Notably, she played a significant role in sponsoring the prestigious Bodyshop Awards.
In 2016, Lisa expanded her horizons by transitioning into the science, technology, and engineering fields, dedicating a decade of her career to organizations such as Sci-Tech Daresbury and BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. Now, she returns to her roots in the automotive sector with this new position.
Reflecting on her journey, Lisa expressed her enthusiasm: "This return represents a full-circle moment in my career, and I am excited to reconnect with familiar faces, cultivate new relationships, and contribute to the future direction of two esteemed industry brands."
Robert Snook, the director of the IBIS conference, shared his thoughts on Lisa's addition to the team: "Bringing someone of Lisa’s expertise into our organization reaffirms our strategic vision and ambition for both Bodyshop Magazine and IBIS. It’s a compelling invitation for partners, both in the UK and internationally, to engage with Lisa. This newly created role opens up fresh and limitless opportunities for brand positioning and collaboration, ultimately enhancing the value for attendees at our events and experiences in 2026."
