Monday's Powerhouse Sessions:
100 Group (SCY):
- 2 sets of 3x25m underwater sprints with a strong cycle, followed by a 25m sprint at a high heart rate and a 50m easy swim.
- After a brief rest, they tackled 3x25m sprints with a Tennessee finish, mimicking race efforts, and a 75m easy swim.
- The next set included 3x25m sprints descending heart rates, a 75m swim with a unique start, and a 100m easy swim.
