The 0.9-acre site, known as Parcel K, is part of the Ridge Hill mixed-use development. It's conveniently located near I-87, a Whole Foods Market, and various retail and dining options. But here's where it gets controversial—the current site is a peaceful lawn and community garden, soon to be transformed into a bustling urban hub.

The building will offer a diverse range of apartments, from cozy studios to spacious three-bedroom units, totaling 282 homes. Each apartment will feature its own washer and dryer, a modern convenience. Residents will also enjoy a lush garden area, an outdoor pool, yoga and fitness rooms, and a ground-floor lounge for socializing.
Sustainable Features:
The Ibex is designed with sustainability in mind. It will be an all-electric building, ready for the future installation of a photovoltaic system. And the rooftop will boast a 4,750-square-foot deck, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
Parking and Accessibility:
With 435 parking spaces, including public and private spots, parking won't be an issue. Public parking will be available in the nearby Market Street Garage, while residents will have reserved spaces on higher levels. And for those who prefer public transport, the site provides easy access to I-87.
